Kingshighway Terrace is a neighborhood located in East St. Louis, Illinois, which is situated immediately east of the Mississippi River from St. Louis, Missouri. East St. Louis is in St. Clair County, Illinois. Kingshighway Terrace is just one of many neighborhoods where many flood victims reside in East St. Louis. It floods often, every time there is any kind of heavy raining or storming. Basement flood in this area so often that residents are not getting proper support from the city of East St. Louis, IL or insurance claims.
